Most designers join after the brand exists, the wireframes are done, or the engineers are already building. I work earlier than that.
I sit with founders when there's nothing but an idea, and we figure out the brand, the website, the app, and the product together, from first sketch to launch. I've done this across fintech, legal tech, B2B SaaS, eCommerce, Web3, real estate, risk & compliance, and more. Some are still alive and growing. Either way, I learn fast and design like every screen matters, because at this stage, it does.
The way I work has changed too. I explore in Claude Design, write production code in Cursor, and ship entire sites solo in Webflow or Cursor, so that's one person instead of three for a founder at day zero.

Most designers hand you a file and wish you luck. I go further. I prototype in code, build and deploy real websites in Webflow, and use AI tools to turn designs into working products fast.
For early-stage teams, this changes the math. You don't need a designer, then a developer, then someone to glue them together. For a lot of what you need at day zero, I'm all three.
Branding, web, product, and mobile, across fintech, legal tech, and early-stage startups.
Component libraries and brand systems built once, reused everywhere, so your team never rebuilds the same button twice.
Onboarding flows, help center articles, and product copy, written as part of the design process instead of patched on last.
I sweat pixel alignment, states, and edge cases, so what ships matches what was designed.
Briefs, timelines, and stakeholder updates are mine to run, not a handoff you have to manage yourself.
I've directed other designers and contractors when a project needed more hands than mine.
I work directly with founders, engineers, and marketing, and communicate clearly whether that's in Figma, Slack, or a shared doc.
Logo, visual system, typography, color, brand voice.
Marketing sites that convert, built in Webflow or with developers.
UX flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, design systems.
Clickable, testable software before you've hired an engineer.
Onboarding flows, help center articles, product copy, internal docs, written as part of the design process.
Need all three? That's where I do my best work.
